| The Schoolhouse Studios announce a Printmaking Studio with instruction available beginning December 1, 2000 and continuing through the winter. The Driskel Studio at The Schoolhouse Studios has been dedicated to printmaking with the use of a 17.5 X 33" Printing Press, excellent for monotypes and dry point printing. Instruction will be provided by artist Jen Bradley on the first Saturday of each month (Dec. 2, Jan. 6, Feb. 3) from 12-6 PM for a $25.00 teaching fee. These Saturday seminars are limited to two participants each time. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (508) 487.4800 X 105. After initial instruction is received and instructor approval is given, artists may return and use the studio on a leave-what-you-can donation basis. Students must provide: paper, ink, rags, thinner or turpentine, and rollers. The studio will provide: the press, work space, blotters, rulers, technical assistance, and Plexiglas plates.
