It's square format and incredible sharpness has always inspired me. The color in my images is achieved from developing slide film as negative film. This technique is called Cross Process which makes a color image that is very saturated in color with soft grain and lots of contrast. Though I have always photographed my friends, lovers and the many places I have lived I don't consider my work totally diaristic.
